Another few potential failure points I don't want to worry about. Do you not agree with the performance benefits? The benefits are incredible. Is safety the concern? From what I've read the kits are relatively safe. Or, is it just money wasted that you are not investing in real estate, home improvement, 401K, (roth)IRA, ect? I think it's worth the price. I'm a bit curious - when is the last time you added any major performance upgrades to your car? I spent a good deal on money on a suspension overhaul this last year. I honestly have no idea, you could have upgraded your turbos last month, maybe I don't know. Looking foward to doing that when I have a lift to work on =). As I'm sure you can tell, I am trying to gauge how truly interested in performance you are these days (since you claim to be above). If it has been sometime - why? I've spent a boatload on my Z within the past year, so it hasn't been some time. Are you 100% satisfied with your cars performance or is it that you (admittedly smartly) decided the money is better used on investments? I'd like better tires and sport 500s with supporting mods. Other than that she's reliable, handles like she's on rails, and is pretty quick. Just curious Kenny, because -believe it or not- I DO value your opinion on technical matter such as these. It is just that I get the impression that you seem to be overly harsh with people who, in your eyes, are spending too much money on their cars and not enough money on investments. I try to only be preachy to the kids in college blowing their budgets on car parts when they should be saving up for a house, etc. You'll notice I do not harass people about finances unless they ask about it, or they mention the college situation. This isn't about money. I just don't think it's something my Z needs to run fast and be reliable. While that may or may not be true in any case - you come off as being more interested in investments than you really are in improving the performance of your car - at least in the recent past. My financial security and stability does indeed rate higher than the performance of my car, you got me there. If I am off base or should just mind my own business? Eitherway is fine as can certainly appreciate that perspective, and will glady just go back to minding my own business. It's not about me thinking this mod is a waste of money, I don't think it is. It's just silly to berate people and imply they aren't performance oriented "car guys" just because they don't join your group buy. That's it. BTW, "real interest" is not a problem as you can see we are getting the lowest possible price. I am just a bit surprised that more people aren't jumping on board, that's all. Advertise however you please, but implying that folks aren't performance oriented because they aren't participating in the group buy is really presumptuous. It's a great product at a good price, sell it on those merits.
